Villa Alberes

In the heart of Ampuriabrava is our very well-kept Villa Alberes, with a large pool and an inviting terrace. The villa impresses with the large conservatory and the view of the large terrace and the pool. It invites you to relax, evenings with family or friends at the barbecue, children enjoying the pool. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The living room is directly attached to it. There is also a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here is another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. In front of this is an open plan area where there is an additional sleeping accommodation for either an adult or 2 children. The 3 sleeping areas have German satellite TV. Villa Alberes has sun loungers outside. Meals can be taken either outdoors or in the conservatory. For sufficient comfort, the house has 2 air conditioners for the summer (optional bookable 50 €/week) and for the cooler days there is a heater and a beautiful fireplace. Of course there is also a washing machine for the guests. Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in a cultivated and pleasant ambience. Villa Alberes is located in a quiet residential area about 1 km from the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun and your holiday in peace. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The Muga Dam with its adjacent nature reserve, ideal for walking and cycling, is only 5 minutes away. Empuriabrava offers the largest marina in Europe, with approx. 30 km of navigable waterways (canals), which give the place its typical touch. You will find beautiful residential areas, the main shopping street (Rambla) that invites you to stroll, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, cafes, discos, restaurants and sports activities. The approximately 2 km long and wide sandy beach, the clean sea and the surrounding picturesque bays invite you to swim and linger. Relaxation and fun for young and old are pre-programmed here. In Empuriabrava you will also find a sports airport where you can try skydiving and paragliding. The recently opened wind tunnel invites you to fly indoors. An unforgettable experience for everyone. Since last summer there has also been an artificial surf slope – fun for young and old! The place is the starting point for many sports activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, tennis, parachuting, go-karting, golf, mini golf, motorbike and car tours. Children will enjoy the butterfly park, or the aqua park in Roses. Or you can take a canal tour with electric boats (rental without a boat license) and explore the canals and houses of Empuriabrava. For dog owners there is a dog beach nearby. Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant, but can also be booked for a fee (25€/person/set). In accordance with Catalonian guidelines, a one-off tourist tax of €7 per tenant/stay (from 17 years of age) is charged. Flexible arrival dates are possible by arrangement.
