Port Canigo

Only 1 km from the beach, this beautiful and large apartment is offered. It is located in the Port Canigo complex in Santa Margarita and impresses with its large terrace and views of the garden and the community pool. The apartment of 65 m2 has an entrance area and you immediately have a view of the garden through the living/dining room. The American kitchen is well equipped with a stove, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. In the living room there is satellite TV. The spacious master bedroom has a large double bed and a closet. The other bedroom has 2 single beds and a closet. In the bathroom the guest has a shower/bathtub. Santa Margarita is a small but fine place with many shops, restaurants and bars, small houses on the canal and lots of variety for the children. The fine sandy beach and the well-kept beach promenade invite you to linger. Parking spaces are in front of the house. Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant, but can also be booked for a fee (25 €/person/set). In accordance with Catalonian guidelines, a one-off tourist tax of €7 per tenant/stay (from 17 years of age) is charged. Flexible arrival dates are possible by arrangement.
