The apartment Casa Olmena offers the guest a relaxed and comfortable living right on the canal, with the possibility to place a boat up to 6m in length directly in front of their own garden. The apartment with a size of 65 m2 has 2 spacious double bedrooms, a living / dining room with adjoining open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the living room there is a flat-screen satellite TV and also air conditioning. The guest also has a terrace and a small garden. From here you have a wonderful view of the canal and you can also moor your own boat here (up to 7m in length). Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a washing machine for guests. Casa Olmena is characterized by the good and quiet location, as well as the good facilities. Pet are allowed. Extras: 6m berth, WiFi, garden and terrace, parking in front of the house, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment Olmena is located in the center of Empuriabrava, in a quiet residential area directly on the canal. Shops, bars and restaurants are within 800 m. The main beach of Empuriabrava is available for water lovers, it is approx. 1 km away from the apartment. Empuriabrava offers the largest marina in Europe, with approx. 30 km of navigable waterways (canals), which give the place its typical touch. Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant. There is the possibility to rent bed linen and towels (no beach towels), 25 € / set / person extra. Flexible arrival dates are possible by arrangement. Tourist tax 7 € / person / stay (for guests over 17 years).
