Beautiful and cozy house in the quiet area of Lake Sant Maurici.
The house has a living space of approx. 100m2 and consists of 2 double rooms in the main house and 1 double room in the guest house. Additionally, we have a beautiful and well-equipped American-style kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop and oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Next to the dining area, we have the living area with access to various terraces and the guest house. The house has 3 air conditioners and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
In front of the house, we have a 7 x 3m pool for the kids to cool off in the summer.
The ideal place for summer vacations in a well-maintained setting with plenty of comfort.
