This charming apartment is on the 7th floor of the Holiday Center building, right on the fine sandy beach of Santa Margarita. The apartment offers its guests a fantastic view of the sea, as well as a garden with a communal pool. Directly in front of the building is the beautiful beach promenade and the wide sandy beach, which is ideal for spending your vacation by the sea. The apartment consists of a double bedroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds. In addition there is 1 extra bed. The American kitchen has 2 hobs, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. From the covered terrace you can let your eyes wander; over the sea and the mountains of Roses. Enjoy your meals or relax with a good glass of wine. Of course there is also TV and Wi-Fi for our guests. Enjoy your vacation in the heart of Santa Margarita surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. The ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday on the beach and yet with a pool. The Holiday Center residence is located in the small village of Santa Margarita, directly on the beach. Enjoy the variety of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes in town. In Santa Margarita or Roses, just 5 minutes drive away, you will find everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. You can also come to Empuriabrava, just 5 minutes by car, to explore the canals of “Little Venice”. Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels (not beach towels), 25€/set/person extra. Flexible arrival dates are possible by arrangement. Tourist tax 7€/person/stay (for guests aged 17 and over)
